Anxiety, Calming Techniques

Anxiety isn’t something that goes away. In fact, it’s part of our bodies’ natural sympathetic response #fightflightfreeze and it helps keep us alive.

❤️‍🩹So, it’s important to know that the point is not to cure #anxiety - the goal rather, is to learn how to manage its impact, your responses and your tendency to feeling it.

❤️‍🔥We want you to feel your feelings and work with them - not move away from them and turn them off.

❤️‍🩹Some of us, have to learn how to feel. Some of us, have never had a safe space to feel. All of us, deserve the time, space, patience and compassion to work through our #emotionalbaggage with understanding and love; and, when you’re dealing with an #anxietyattack #anxietymanagement tools are exactly what we need to help us cope.
