Costa Health Centre is a multidisciplinary healing space in downtown London, Ontario. We offer psychotherapy, coaching, education, registered massage therapy, EMDR, sound therapy and somatic services—all rooted in radical care, community, and accessibility.

We provide one-on-one therapy, workshops, retreats, registered nurse cannabis education & prescription access, psychedelic integration, acupuncture, massage, yoga, and more. Practitioners can also access office & space rentals, mentorship and business support. We’re building systems that actually care for the caregivers
