Black Sheep: A Live ADHD Learning Lab with Carlen

Because being neurodivergent in a neurotypical world is exhausting—and you don’t have to do it alone.

What is Black Sheep?

Black Sheep is a seasonal live, in-person ADHD learning lab and peer support group led by Carlen Costa—a registered psychotherapist, Clinical Sexologist, and proud neurospicy leader.

This space is for the outliers, the overthinkers, the late bloomers, the too-loud, too-sensitive, too-much crew. If you've ever felt like you don’t quite belong, Black Sheep is your herd.

Together, we explore real-life strategies for thriving with ADHD—emotionally, mentally, relationally, and professionally. Through open conversation, practical tools, and guided community care, we’re creating a radical space for learning and healing.

What to Expect

Each season we gather for a 2.5 hour workshop filled with:

✅ Peer-to-peer sharing & validation
✅ Practical mental health and emotional regulation tools
✅ Expert guidance from Carlen (with zero judgment)
✅ Laughs, "omg same" moments, and permission to be your whole-ass self

You’ll leave each session with tangible takeaways, fresh perspective, and a stronger connection to your own power.

Who It’s For

Black Sheep is for adults who:

  • Are ADHD diagnosed, self-identified, or just ADHD-curious

  • Crave community, support, and less shame around their brain

  • Want to learn how to work with their ADHD, not against it

  • Are tired of feeling alone in their neurodivergence

All genders, all backgrounds, all brains welcome.

Why "Black Sheep"?

Because we’ve been told we don’t fit. That we're too much, too different, too distracted. But what if that’s our gift? What if we’re just meant to lead a different kind of flock?

This is more than an opportunity to learn—it’s a love letter to the parts of you that were never broken, just misunderstood.
