I'm Carlen Costa a Clinical Sexologist, OCSWSSW Psychotherapist, Psychedelic-Assisted Psychotherapist & Cannabis educator. As CEO of The Everyday Goddess™ radical love for a radiant life design community, best-selling Author of “Love: The Women’s Guide to Not Fucking Settling”, international speaker and philanthropist, I teach people how to love themselves and others better, through emotional intelligence skill building, radical self-love for personal power activation tools, plant medicine experientials, sacred science talk therapy modalities and lifestyle elevation.

Carlen, primarily works in the field of sexology and addresses concerns for women, men and spectrum based gender identities via the modality of talk therapy, therapeutic programs, her published written work , videos, tv, podcasts and various media appearances.
She is a Doctor of Human Sexuality, from The Institute for Advanced Study of Human Sexuality with a Masters in Public Health. She is a registered Psychotherapist with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers, and is a graduate from Western University and Fanshawe College. Carlen is also a registered Clinical Sexologist with the American College of Sexologists, received her recent Psychedelic-Assisted training from TheraPsil® in 2023.
Her current areas of interest are sexuality, relational intimacy and lifestyle, body image, self-love, as well as plant medicine integration, ADHD, anxiety and trauma informed treatment. Click her service page to see all areas of which she works or the styles of therapy offered.
