She offers multiple short, 1:1 psychotherapy programs (below), the 16 week Goddess Program & BraveHearts Program or you can apply to work with her as a patient in her private practice.

*please note, some programs include a 1:1 psychotherapy session with Carlen. Please read the full description of your preferred program, as for many programs, booking your 1:1 Session is only valid 30 days from the day this program is purchased. There are no absolutely no exceptions to this rule.
