My reactions to food didn't make sense. I would get allergy tested, celiac tested and everything would come back normal. Well, I wasn't feeling normal at all. Bloating, brain fog, irritability, swelling, hives, pooping got weird... then, I came across a clinical nutritionist who talked about histamine intolerance and it all began to make sense. There is evidence to support that Histamine intolerance is comorbid with ADHD and other neurodivergences. (neurospicy)

This package includes:

- information about how histamine intolerance works in you body, including the "bucket effect"

- a fulsome list of foods recommended to eat, sometimes eat and what not to eat/eat in limited quantities

- a daily symptom tracker so you can create data that supports how you're feeling and, to know which foods may be more symptomatic for you or not

After I began a protocol with elimination, testing and symptom tracking I booked an appoitnemtn with my doctor, then he referred me to an awesome clinical nutritionist who validated everything I was feeling.

When nothing makes sense as to why your body is uncomfortable and experiencing allergy-like symptoms, muscle tension, headaches, chronic fatigue, hives, rashes, sneezing, to name a few AND you have ADHD/neurodivergence, a histamine intolerance might be the answer you've been looking for.

“One of the most significant developments in contemporary medicine has been the increasing recognition that the soma and the psyche are not distinct and unrelated, but are so closely bound together as to make proper investigation of both a necessary part of the management of disease.”
